These freezers come in two types.

Stainless steel internal tank

One of the types of Blue Star bottle cooler are the ones having internal tank made of food grade Stainless steel. Only SS304 is used which is also recommended by the FDA. This is costlier by 10% or so.

Prepainted sheet internal tank

The other type of bottle cooler is the one having Pre painted sheet as the internal tank. This is cheaper then stainless steel internal tank but has the same cooling and temperature pull down capacity.

You can choose any of the above internal tanks and accordingly place your order. The Blue star bottle cooler comes with a lock and key mechanism in place for safety of your product kept inside. It also has an excellent PUF insulation. It uses an Eco friendly refrigerant, and has very low power consumption.

A problem with a country like India is that during summers, the climate outside is very hot. The cold drinks, which are delivered in open vans are at high temperature, sometimes as high as 30-35 degrees.
